Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Hardware

  Backup and erase all personal data from the NAS drives, then pack the device securely in its original packaging including all cables and manuals.

• 3.
  Shipping

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the exterior.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
